Named in honor of Chef Sonny Nguyen’s first daughter, Rion’s Ocean Room is a heartfelt tribute to the cherished mom-and-pop poke shops of Hawaii. Inspired by countless journeys to the islands, Sonny and his wife, Christine, set out to bring the experience of fresh, high-quality poke by the pound to Orlando.
